Financial Aid

 

Everything that we do at Grace Academy is driven by a desire to make a quality, biblically based education available to as many Christian families as possible. With that mission, we have been able to design a model of Christian education that is significantly cheaper than other private schools. Nevertheless, we understand that some families still may find it difficult to afford Grace Academy. Therefore, we do offer some financial, need-based scholarships to qualified families. To apply for these scholarships:

  1. Create an online account on FACTS Management. This account will be used for a number of different functions within Grace Academy.

  2. Fill out the application to apply for Financial Aid through FACTS by clicking “Start Application” on the Home page.

  3. After completing the application, we will notify you about whether you have received financial aid and, if so, how much you have been awarded.

Making a Down Payment   

 

In order to reserve your child’s spot in Grace Academy, interested families will need to make a down payment for their child’s tuition by May 13. The down payment will be 10% of a family’s total tuition cost for all enrolled children, after applying any discounts and/or financial aid.

 

In the future, all payments will be processed online through FACTS using the same account created for the financial aid application. For this year, however, families have two way to submit the down payment:

  • Check - Deliver or mail a check to Grace Community Church, with the memo line to read: “Grace Academy Deposit – [Student(s) Name]".

  • Credit Card - Send an email to Ben Patton (BPatton@gracechurch.org) expressing your interest in paying via credit card, and he will send you an invoice via square.
